Briess 2-Row Pale Ale Malt

A flavorful base malt with a smooth, moderately malty character and less of the grainy flavor associated with some traditional 2-row malts. Slightly darker and richer than a typical 2-row brewer’s malt, making it an excellent foundation for a wide range of beer styles.

Great for: Pale ales, IPAs, amber ales, brown ales, porters, stouts, and other all-grain recipes.
